About the Role: An outstanding school situated between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Supply Music Teacher to join their vibrant team starting in September. Key Responsibilities of a Music Teacher:

  • Delivering high-quality music lessons to students across various age groups.
  • Planning and preparing engaging lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Encouraging students to develop their musical talents and fostering a love for music.
  • Assessing and providing feedback on student progress.
  • Contributing to the broader musical life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.

Music Teacher Requirments 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching music, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the music curriculum and various teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work as a supply teacher.
