Nursery Practitioners – Full-time and Part-time roles available, starting as soon as possible

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join early years settings across Hillingdon and the surrounding areas. These flexible opportunities are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children’s development and creating a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.

Duties as Nursery Practitioner:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe and record children’s progress, sharing information with parents and carers
  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children

Ideal Nursery Practitioner:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
