A Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant are urgently needed by Step Teachers to provide support for a EYFS class. This position is scheduled to start immediately on a long-term basis. It is important to mention that the ideal candidate must have experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).

Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant - Role:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
• Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
