Step Teachers have been asked by an Ofsted rated school holding “Good” status to source a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This is a part-time role working 1-1 with a child in reception, 5 mornings per week. The chosen candidate must be available for a trial day and an immediate start.

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• CACHE Level 2 or higher qualification is desirable
• Experience working in a reception class or in a similar role
• Ability to follow instructions as well as use their own initiative
• Take to the role with patience and understanding
• Make learning enjoyable to keep the child engaged in their lessons
