We are currently recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our favourite Plymouth schools. The position in question is for long-term work to start in January and finish at the end of the 20/21 Academic Year.  The role will involve working as a Teaching Assistant on a 1-to-1 and group basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the rewarding work as a TA but would really enjoy a more dynamic position.

• It is expected that the successful candidate will not only have a relevant Secondary experience, but also a Teaching Assistant qualification
• The successful candidate will be able to differentiate to students of varying abilities effectively, making sure that all pupils feel valued and included
• As a Teaching Assistant you should be able to help control a classroom effectively, and be confident in your ability to manage behaviour
• The successful Teaching Assistant will be engaging, enthusiastic, and motivating to their pupils.
