We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Project Mentor to join our passionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in employment support who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful mentoring and training across multiple contracts and initiatives. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Project Mentor:
- Provide high-quality training and mentoring to participants across the school's contracts and other employment-focused projects
- Deliver tailored support and guidance that directs individuals toward appropriate services, training, and employment pathways
- Work across more than one contract, requiring a flexible and multiskilled approach to varied project requirements
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager, support networks, and employers to deliver cohesive and effective progression plans
- Track and manage individual outcomes, taking ownership of learners’ development and achievements
- Create a positive, engaging environment where participants feel motivated and supported throughout their journey
Ideal Project Mentor:
- Proven experience in employment support, mentoring, or coaching within a multi-project setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills as a Project Mentor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and confidently when working across different projects and stakeholder groups
- Genuine passion for helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve meaningful goals
- Knowledge of relevant support services, progression routes, and stakeholder engagement is highly beneficial
