• You should have QTS Qualification for the Secondary Phase 
• Previous demonstrable experience teaching the relevant subject to GCSE in a UK mainstream school
• An enthusiastic approach with a commitment to the school’s wider ethos
• The ability to build effective student-teacher relationships and implement effective classroom management strategies
