Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for a RE Teacher based at an Ofsted rated school of `Good’ in Enfield. This is a full-time, Temp-Perm opportunity set to commence in Easter 2020.

The School have asked for a proficient RE teacher who has the following attributes:

• Either QTS/PGCE certificate and a RE degree
• The candidate must have the ability to build excellent relationships with pupils quickly
• You should have at least 3 years’ experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Work well in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Has a stimulating creative teaching technique for young pupils with positive results

This is a lovely school situated in a semi-rural area with great transport links and a student cohort that, on the whole, arrives in Year 7 at above expected levels. We have several teachers already in place on a long term and permanent contracts and they tell us of a really friendly staff who work closely with the SMT in order to build a supportive community.
