Office Manager – Full‑time, term‑time only, long‑term role which is ongoing from September 2026

Duties as Office Manager:

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the school office
  • Managing and maintaining MIS systems accurately and efficiently
  • Handling finance processes including recording, monitoring, and supporting financial administration
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including documentation, compliance, and onboarding
  • Coordinating communication between staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Maintaining organised records, databases, and essential school documentation
  • Providing professional support to senior leaders and contributing to whole‑school organisation

Ideal Office Manager:

  • Previous school office experience is essential to be considered for this role
  • Strong working knowledge of MIS systems
  • Experience in finance processes and school‑based administrative procedures
  • Confident handling recruitment administration and compliance tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working positively with staff, parents, and stakeholders
