Over the last year new leaders have been introduced and policies and procedures put in place are beginning to have significant impact.

- Be an experienced science teacher with at least two years recent teaching experience
- Have thorough knowledge of the national curriculum for science and related assessment practice – this is essential
- Have a proven ability to successfully manage learning development projects
