A great opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a talented SEN TA with ASD Specialism for a temporary position at one of our client schools in South London. This position of a SEN TA is offered through Step Teachers and will commence March. The role in this creatively efficient school as a SEN TA will be fast paced and hard working and must entail the following;

• You must have experience working in a SEN setting, preferably with some experience working with ASD pupils.
• As a SEN TA you will be flexible and quick to adapt any given curriculum.
• You should be committed and flexible, able to work directly with the SENCO and with LSAs as required.
• You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.

This is a very good academy which has shown amazing improvement in outcomes and behaviour over the last 4 years. Our supply teachers who visit this school tell us that the staff are really friendly and supportive and we have recently placed two teachers at the school into permanent contracts.
