We are urgently seeking to recruit experienced SEN TA’s for numerous positions in an alternative provision provider in Norwich. The role of an SEN TA is a varied one where no one day is the same, you will play an integral and important part in a vulnerable young person's education. Our team in Norwich who are working closely with this establishment. The positions we are recruiting for our full-time and are likely to go from temp to perm for the right candidate.
You will be working within a 1-1 role with children who require extra support. This role can be challenging but at the same time, it is also very rewarding.
As an SEN TA you must uphold the following;
- You should be committed and flexible, able to work directly with the SENCO and with LSAs as required.
- You will have worked as an SEN TA in an SEN setting and be capable of adaptability when regarding the curriculum.
- You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
