The role is to work 1-1 with a child with developmental delay as an SEN Teacher. The role is within an amazing Primary School in the North of Plymouth to start immediately till the end of the year, currently.

Role:

• Provide one-on-one

• Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere

• Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities

• Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment

• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting, is an advantage

• Qualifications in SEN Teaching

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

• Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff

• A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
