Job description

Step Teachers are currently looking for a SEN Teacher in Orpington with an Ofsted rating of `Good’ in. This is a Long role going up until the end of the school year with a chance to be extended starting after the February half term.

The School have asked for a proficient Sen Teacher who has the following attributes:

  • Hold UK QTS Status
  • You will have worked as an SEN Teacher in an Primary school setting and be capable of adaptability when regarding the curriculum.
  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
  • Passionate about sport and the ability to inspire positive attitudes to learning
  • Experience helping children with autism
