SEN Teaching Assistant - Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
- Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments to track student progress and inform future interventions.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 1.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students,
