Step Teachers is looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work in the morning on an ongoing role starting in early December. The ideal teaching assistant will ideally be experienced in an SEN setting. 

Key Responsibilities - Teaching Assistant:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. 
• Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
• The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment. 
• The Teaching Assistant must assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements - Teaching Assistant:

• Good knowledge of Secondary school
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
