Job description

Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant based in North London at a primary school upholding a ‘Good’ Ofsted status. This is a Full-time, Day-to-Day position ready for the correct candidate to start immediately. The successful candidate may be offered a permanent role if they take to the role well.

The School has asked for a proficient KS1 TA that has the following attributes:

  • A CACHE level 2 certification or higher
  • KS1 experience in a mainstream school
  • Have experience working within an SEN role
  • Creative and varied schemes of work with positive results
  •  Differentiation and commitment to the pupil’s progression
  • You should have the ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes
