SEN Teaching Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our partner school's team in Norwich!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 basis
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized learning plans
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Recent experience working with students with SEN in either mainstream or SEN school settings
• Ability to provide professional references from previous SEN roles
• Passion for promoting inclusive education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
