We are looking to prepare for when schools return to normal, and Step Teachers are looking to expand our pool of teachers in the West Suffolk area.
With many schools using a new online booking platform we have saw an increase in demand in this area and this will continue when the schools reopen. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for the students and schools on a day to day or long-term basis we would like to hear from you. We support all our staff to ensure all the needs of the schools are met to a high standard while providing a great experience for those working there.
Our ideal candidates:
- Will have completed a teaching qualification
- Can engage and inspire learners
- Will have a confidence and positive attitude to teaching
Step Teachers are an agency listed as an approved supplier on the Crown Commercial Service. This is a new framework for schools to use, ensuring they have access to reputable agencies who meet certain safeguarding and recruitment guidelines. The DfE are heavily marketing this service across schools and we would strongly suggest making sure you are registered with a CCS approved agency moving forwards.
