Step Teachers have been given an opportunity by a high school in a small village outside of Norwich who are seeking a teacher of Art and Design.  This position is offered as long term supply role commencing in September 2019.  Application are welcome from Newly Qualified Art and Design Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience.  The Art and Design teacher role will be based on a full time contract.

About the Art and Design Teacher

• You will be a fully qualified Art and Design Teacher with a related degree, a PGCE with QTS
• At the heart of everything you do, will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel 
• You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression.
• You should understand the value of target setting as an aid to raising standards and improving attainment and achievement
