Job description

We are looking for a qualified English teacher to work in a secondary school in North London. This is a full-time position through Step Teachers and applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience. The position of an English teacher is due to commence in January 2021.
  • You should have a teaching qualification and an English degree.
  • The appointed English teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite, and challenge students to produce the highest quality work.
  • You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied, and flexible enough to promote differentiation and commitment to pupil progression. 
  • Have experience delivering GCSE English in a mainstream setting.
