We are looking for a qualified History teacher for a long term position which has become available in an academy in Thetford. This full time position through Step Teachers is offered for the summer term and applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience. The position of History teacher is due to commence in March 2019.

About the History Teacher

  • You will be a fully qualified History Teacher with a related degree, a PGCE with QTS

  • You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression.
  • You should understand the value of target setting as an aid to raising standards and improving attainment and achievement
