Teaching Assistant

This school is seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils and staff to help all children achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and boost confidence.

• Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and learning resources.

• Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND or EAL, where required.

• Foster positive relationships with pupils, helping to manage behaviour in line with school policies.

• Help supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or on school trips.

• A patient, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to working with children.

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills as a Teaching Assistant.
