Job description

Step Teachers has been given the task of fielding an enthusiastic and engaging Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role at an Ofsted rated school upholding ‘Good’ status in Barnet. The nature of this position would involve working with children in KS1 and KS2, with the role commencing as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

The school have asked for a talented Teaching Assistant who has the following attributes:

  • A CACHE Level 2 qualification or higher
  • KS1/2 experience in a mainstream classroom
  • Proven ability to manage and complete various tasks expected daily
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and communicate effectively with members of staff
  • Embrace the values and ethos of the school
