A great opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a talented Year 1 class teacher for a temporary position at one of our friendly client schools in Stevenage. This position of a Year 1 class teacher is offered through Step Teachers and will commence in March. The school exercises a confident and respectful working environment and as Year 1 class teacher you will be key in delivering this to all pupils and staff.
- As Year 1 class teacher you should have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education.
- Applications are welcome from experienced primary teachers of either Key Stage who can demonstrate recent and positive references.
- You will have held at least one teaching position within the primary curriculum.
- It is vital that you, as Year 1 teacher, can demonstrate experience of planning and teaching all subjects in the primary curriculum
- You should have a creative and thoughtful approach to curriculum planning, demonstrating the ability to incorporate national trends and data sets into your approach.
- At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel.
This is a small school with a friendly, imaginative and determined team.
