Step Teachers have been contacted by a Head Teacher at a Primary School near High Wycombe to see if we can provide them with a Year 2 Class Teacher for the remainder of this academic year. The school thought that they had this covered until fairly recently which is why they are looking for a replacement at the eleventh hour.

The current class teacher is in place until the end of December, therefore they are looking for somebody who can start with them after the Christmas break. Having said that the head has also suggested that if possible they would like to arrange for the successful candidate to work alongside the current class teacher for a handover so that there is a smooth transition.

The Head and the rest of the team at this school are friendly, supportive and approachable so this is an ideal post for an NQT as well as for more experienced teachers.

To be eligible for this position you must have QTS and be prepared to go through a registration process with Step Teachers. Unlike other agencies Step Teachers are more than happy to process your pay via PAYE – you will not be forced to go with an Umbrella Company.
