Step Teachers have been asked to source an enthusiastic and well-organised KS1 teacher to join a brilliant school in Enfield in their Year 2 class. The role is set to begin in January 2020 and will be reviewed at the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent post for the successful candidate. Applicants must be ready for a trial day as soon as possible.

 The chosen candidate should display the following attributes:

• QTS or PGCE qualification
• Experience teaching KS1 in a mainstream school, ideally in year 2
• Organise lessons and manage pupil development to prepare for SATS
• Innovative approach to teaching to keep children engaged in their learning
