Step Teachers have been tasked with finding an innovative and friendly KS1 Teacher for a role at an Ofsted rated school upholding ‘Good’ status. This is a permanent teaching position set to commence at the start of the Spring term in January 2020.

 The chosen candidate should display the following attributes:

• QTS or PGCE qualification
• Experience teaching KS1 in a mainstream school
• Able to manage pupil development projects in preparation for SATs
• Deliver a differentiated curriculum accessible to pupils at different academic levels
• Take to the role with creativity to keep children engaged in their learning
