This Year 3 Teacher role is advertised exclusively through Step Teachers, and the successful candidate for this Year 3 Teacher role would be starting at the School on a full time, fixed term contract in January 2019.

The School are looking for the following qualities;

•  Applicants must hold QTS or QTLS, with experience of planning teaching the Key Stage Two Curriculum to a high standard
• Newly Qualified Teachers are also welcome to apply
• Your behaviour management strategies will be robust, flexible and seen as central to the performance of you and your pupils
• As this Year 3 class has children with S.E.N, you will need to be able to demonstrate differentiation in your pedagogy to meet the needs of your pupils.

This is a Good School located in busy Cheshunt. The School is well led by a team of experienced and dedicated practitioners, who ensure the wellbeing and progress of staff and students alike. Class sizes are smaller than average, and while the demographic of the School includes a high number of children on Free School Meals the behaviour management policies are secure and effective.
