Step Teachers has been granted the task of finding two engaging and organised Learning Support Assistants for a full-time and part-time, long-term position based in a Special School in Suffolk. This will suit someone who is committed to making a difference and can use their initiative. Opened in 2017, our partnership school is described as a supportive place to work that celebrate their pupils and is passionate about supporting their needs.
The school have asked for a Teaching Assistant that demonstrates the following attributes:
- Experience working with students with SEND is essential
- Ability to complete various tasks required by the class teacher
- Fulfil the role with confidence and be creative in their work
- Relevant qualifications desirable
