Step Teachers are currently recruiting for a Computer Science Teacher in a brilliant school in the Norwich area. The role is full-time supply.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for the future, instilling a love for technology and programming. If you are passionate about future technological advances and enjoy sharing knowledge of this subject area, this is the role for you!

Role:

• Strong knowledge of the KS3,KS4 and KS5 Computer Science curriculum
• Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
• Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons and also tailor these to the students within your class
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

Requirements:

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Computer Science at secondary school level.
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
• A relevant ICT or Computer Science-related degree is desirable.
