Our London branch is working closely with a school in Walthamstow who are seeking Cover Supervisors to help out their team following the absence of staff members. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies. They are looking for a passionate, adaptable Cover Supervisor ready for April 2022
As a Cover Supervisor you will;
- Ensure the class are on target with the pre-set work
- Manage behaviour in accordance with the schools' behaviour policy
- Deliver feedback to teachers/pastoral staff where necessary
As a Cover Supervisor, we require.
- Experience working with young people
- The ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of positive behaviour management
- The desire to positively inspire young people
This role is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with experience of working with secondary aged students.
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
