Job description

A devoted school in Barnet is looking for a Drama TA to join their cohort. The selected Drama TA will begin in April and work in a temporary capacity to begin with. The school have confirmed that for the right Drama TA there is opportunity to take up a more permanent role.

As a Drama TA you will adhere to the following;

  • A clear ability to listen to pupils and understand different learning styles including; Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic.
  • You should have an undergraduate degree in Drama and have experience of working in a creative setting.
  • You should manage your time efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • You should have good behaviour management ability and proven capacity of said responsibilities.
