Role Overview:

Job Title: Drama Teacher

Location: Enfield, North London

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term 

Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 
• Foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration in students
• Support and lead extracurricular activities such as school productions and drama clubs 
• Assess and track student progress in line with national curriculum standards
• Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative performing arts faculty

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for performing arts
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to inspiring students of all abilities
