Step Teachers are currently looking to recruit an adaptable and experiences Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work at a school near to Hemel Hempstead. Previous and recent experience within a nursery setting would be a definite advantage for the successful candidate.

• It is essential that applicants hold a relevant Level 3 - Early YearsTeaching Assistant qualification, additional supporting qualifications are appreciated but not required
• The client is looking for a candidate with experience, whom they can directly apply to the role, a proven track record will make for a strong application
• Applicants must be able to work as part of a small team, good communication and teamwork would be great traits to have
• You should be passionate about providing the best possible support to pupils, and be motivated by the rewarding work that being a Teaching Assistant involves

This will be a dynamic role that has the potential to lead to long term work for the right candidate.
