We are seeking a nurturing and creative Reception Teacher to join an enthusiastic team at this vibrant school. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant school environment where play, curiosity and discovery are at the heart of learning. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Reception Year Teacher:
Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching based on the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating classroom that supports learning through play and exploration
Observe, assess and record children’s development accurately
Foster strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
Support pupils’ personal, social and emotional growth
Collaborate with the EYFS team to deliver a broad, balanced and child-centred curriculum
Maintain a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
Ideal Reception Year Teacher:
A qualified teacher (QTS) with EYFS experience or a strong understanding of early childhood education
Someone who is energetic, creative and compassionate
A strong communicator who works well in a team as a Reception Year Teacher.
A reflective practitioner with high expectations for every child
Someone who is passionate about building solid foundations for lifelong learning
