Our office in Plymouth are working with a secondary school on the outskirts of Plymouth who are looking for an English teacher to join their team. The role is offered on a temporary basis and will commence in September 2019. We would expect this opportunity to last until December 2019 however there is scope for the role to be extended.
Our ideal candidate will have;
- Have a PGCE/PGDE and have QTS/QTLS
- Experience delivering English up to KS4
- Have a degree in English or a similar degree
- The ability to create diverse and exciting lessons, in line with the school curriculum
- Great classroom managemnt skills
The school work closely with parents to develop young people who develop resilience and rise to the challenge of hard work. Pupils are extremely proud of their school, which is a happy, safe and enjoyable place to learn.
