One of our favourite schools in Enfield is looking for an engaging English Teacher for a maternity cover to start in September 2019. The school suggest that this role would be suited for candidates with experience however exceptional NQTs might be considered.

The English Teacher:

• You will have an English related degree, a PGCE and QTS
• The English Teacher will have at least 1+ year of teaching experience in the UK
• You will have strong behaviour management and be able to offer English to KS5

About the School:

This is a lovely school situated in a semi-rural area with great transport links and a student body which on the whole arrives in Year 7 above expected levels. We have several teachers already in place on long term and permanent contracts and they tell us of a really friendly body of staff who work closely with the SMT in order to build a supportive community. Behaviour standards were a particular highlight of the most recent Ofsted inspection and this helps to build a positive atmosphere for all school stakeholders.
