English Teacher – Full-time, long-term from as soon as possible until July 2026

Duties as English Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Promote literacy and a love of reading and writing
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum
Ideal English Teacher:
- Holds QTS and has experience teaching English in secondary settings
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management
- Passionate about English literature and language
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Works well as part of a team and contributes to whole-school initiatives
