Step Teachers are collaborating with a secondary school in Enfield that is looking for a motivated and experienced Food Technology Teacher to join their dynamic team. The selected applicant will be in charge of providing high-quality education in food technology, instilling a love of culinary arts, and ensuring that students reach their full potential in this exciting subject area. This is a long-term supply role with the possibility of being permanent. This successful applicant is scheduled to start ASAP.
Food Technology Teacher- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for food technology.
- As a Food Technology Teacher, you will have the responsibility of instructing students in the principles and practices of food technology, including food preparation, nutrition, and safety.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support individual learning needs.
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped food technology laboratory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate food technology into broader educational initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in food technology education.
Food Technology Teacher- Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching food technology at
