Job description
Step Teachers are looking for an experienced secondary school teacher to teach both Spanish and French at this mixed secondary school and sixth form based in Waltham Cross.
The role is on a supply basis from January 2020 to December 2020. Previous experience of teaching both languages up to KS4 is essential for the role of Spanish and French teacher. Suited to both newly qualified teachers and those with experience this is a great opportunity to join a school that was rated as “good” in its last Ofsted report.
Consideration will be given to teachers who:
- Have a degree and relevant qualification teaching French/Spanish
- Can contribute to and actively support the overall ethos and culture of the school
- Will be able to show schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible
- Can lead and manage a classroom effectively – including any assigned support staff
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
