Are you a committed and adaptable teacher searching for a Supply position? Step Teachers are searching for a General Cover Teacher to begin in September 2024 at a 'Good' Ofsted-rated school in Thetford, Norfolk. Someone who is passionate about offering top-notch instruction in a variety of areas and year groups would be perfect for this post.

General Cover Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons across various subjects.
  • Maintain an organised and professional classroom with all associated resources.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with the school's policies and their reliable implementation.

General Cover Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status(QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a General Cover Teacher/teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  • Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
