​Step Teachers are working with an academy based close to Camden to source a Geography Teacher to start from September 2022. This post is a full-time role and will require this exceptional teacher to cover KS3 & KS4.

The school is a “Good” Ofsted rated school that has been praised for its drive to raise the achievement of the students with good behaviour in and out of the classroom.

The Role

• Strong Geography curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Geography

• A relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
