Step Teachers have been enlisted to find a Graduate Teaching Assistant to begin at a "Good" school in Barnet. The Graduate TA selected must comply with the school's clear ethos and aims and display experience working in similarly high achieving atmosphere. It would be a 1-1 Teaching Assistant role working with student with Autism, this role will include working with less able students which would include toileting.
- You will be expected to have a degree from a well established university at a 2:1 or above.
- You will practise patience and passion for your subject in order to inspire pupils to learn with conviction.
- You will have proven ability to support teachers and SMT in relation to demonstrating a learning environment that is lucrative.
- You will present yourself with care and nurturing to reflect the school's safe and creative ethos.
