Step Teachers are working with a large Multi Academy Trust who require an experienced middle leader to head up their languages department based in South West London.  As a Head of MFL, you'll be responsible for raising attainment across the faculty as well as ensuring excellent standards of teaching and learning . This Head of Languages post is a permanent offering, starting in September 2020. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• You will QTS along with a PGCE specialising in either French or Spanish 
• The appointed Head of Language should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work
• To promote the positive ethos and culture of the school to other staff, governors, parents, children and members of the wider community
• Previous experience leading a languages department and demonstrable experience of raising attainment levels
