Step Teachers have been asked by an Ofsted rated school holding “Outstanding” status in Enfield to source an innovative and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team in January 2020. This is a full time, long-term opportunity and may lead to a permanent opportunity within the school.  

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• HLTA qualification
• KS1/2 experience in a mainstream school
• Able to adapt to working in different year groups when required
• Take to the role with confidence
• Well organised and able to work using their own initiative
