KS1 and EYFS Teacher – Full-time, temp to perm position starting January 2026

We are seeking a passionate KS1 and EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school community. Duties as KS1 and EYFS Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and EYFS
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs through tailored teaching strategies
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to support pupil development
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and attend relevant meetings and training

Ideal KS1 and EYFS Teacher:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1 and EYFS settings
  • Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and inclusive teaching practices
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Flexible, resilient and passionate about supporting all learners
