Job description

Step Teachers is collaborating with a Primary School in March to recruit a dedicated Part-Time KS1 Teacher who will join their team on a short-term basis.

Are you an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher who is looking for flexibility in work? Whether you are retired and would like to earn some extra pennies, have other commitments so cannot commit to full-time or are simply looking for supply work then I would love to hear from you.

KS1 Teacher Role:

  • As a KS1 Teacher, a solid knowledge of the KS1 curriculum is desirable 
  • Maintain a tidy, organized classroom with accessible resources as needed
  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom when applicable
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Willingness to comply with the school's policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or its equivalent
  • Have recent experience in mainstream school settings as a KS1 Teacher
