KS1 Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately
These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Norwich and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality learning experiences across Key Stage 1.
KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Follow school planning or adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate for KS1 Teacher Roles
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as KS1 Teachers.
- Adaptable and confident working across different year groups
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
