KS2 Teacher
Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a positive impact in a supportive environment. Beginning November 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
Plan, deliver and assess creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Provide a nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
Track pupil progress and maintain accurate records to support each child’s development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a KS2 Teacher.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
